Norwegian band Cat Vacation have released their debut single "Lost My Phone" on 13 October 2026. The group features veterans of the Norwegian scene — members have previously played in Lukestar, Team Me and Kaospilot — and had written and recorded nearly two albums' worth of material before putting out their first music.

"Lost My Phone" is not about the horror of losing a device; rather, the band imagine disappearing somewhere by the Mediterranean, away from the internet and crowded beaches, with little more to worry about than finding a dry Martini. The track blends garage rock, punk and a rougher psychedelic edge — short, direct and unfussy.

Cat Vacation's sound draws on 1960s garage-psych energy and Mediterranean escapism. The single is available via the band's official channels; a debut album is expected to follow.
