Portuguese psychedelic rock band Grind Fever have released the single Between Tides, the final track ahead of their debut album Soma, due 4 December 2026. The song follows the EP Cave Transmission (2019) and the singles Runaway and Zero Sum. Progressive Rock Journal announced the release on 3 November 2026 alongside the official YouTube video. Between Tides addresses loss, memory and the difficulty of letting go, shifting between instrumental intensity and a more introspective side of the band. The lineup is Francisco Figueiredo (bass, vocals), Junior Neves (drums) and Ricardo Tavares (guitars). Soma gathers material developed over several years; its title refers both to the sum of different parts and to the Ancient Greek word for body. The single is available on Bandcamp.
