Italian doom band Messa is on a UK and European tour this month, and Echoes and Dust has published a new interview with guitarists Alberto Piccolo and Marco Zanin. The conversation, recorded in late October 2026, covers the current run – Manchester on 4 November, Nottingham on 5 November, Bristol on 6 November and London on 7 November – then Tilburg, Antwerp, Hamburg, Berlin, Bochum, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Martigny and Trezzo sull'Adda through 21 November – plus early work on songs after The Spin. The Spin was released on 11 April 2025 via Metal Blade Records. Messa describe their sound as "Scarlet Doom", drawing on prog, black metal, punk, dark ambient, jazz, blues and doom. The interview is reported by Echoes and Dust; tour dates come from Messa's official Bandcamp page. This report is based on the published interview text; the writer has not heard the recordings.
