The Mojave Experience festival has announced three new additions to its 2027 lineup, scheduled for 19–21 March at Joshua Tree Lake, California. Portland's Blackwater Holylight, Palm Springs duo The Holy Corrupt, and Yucca Valley's Muut join a bill already featuring Clutch, Corrosion of Conformity, Fu Manchu, Red Fang, Brant Bjork Trio, and Nebula among others.

Blackwater Holylight, formed in Portland and now based in Los Angeles, blend psychedelia, doom, shoegaze and post-rock with a patient, layered approach where heaviness and weightless moments alternate. Their 2026 album Not Here Not Gone on RidingEasy Records includes the single "Heavy, Why?" accompanied by a music video. The Holy Corrupt bring dark, atmospheric desert doom from the Coachella Valley, while Muut contribute heavy, hypnotic desert rock from the Morongo Basin.

The update came via the festival's social media channels. Tickets are on sale at mojaveexperience.net. The festival continues to curate a distinctive mix of heavy psych, stoner rock and desert-influenced sounds in the High Desert setting.
