Denver's HUFR Fest has confirmed Fireball Ministry as headliner for its second edition, Mile High Riffs II, scheduled for 13–16 May 2027 at Bar 404. The Los Angeles heavy-rock veterans, who reissued 2003's The Second Great Awakening via Ripple Music earlier this year, join a bill already featuring Solace, Luna Sol, Demons My Friends and a raft of underground acts from Italy to Illinois.

The four-day festival bills itself as "four days of stoner rock, doom, heavy psych, sludge, desert rock, fuzz and straight-up underground riff worship." A Denver Showcase on 13 May opens the event with local bands Cobranoid, Messiahvore, Lost Relics and Boozifer. Weekend passes are on sale now via hufrfest.com.

Fireball Ministry have no other shows announced at present, making this their only confirmed 2027 appearance. The band's current lineup centres on James Rota and Emily Burton with bassist Scott Reeder (ex-Kyuss) and drummer John Oreshnick.
