Japanese neo-psychedelic rock band The CONFUSION release their debut EP Psychederoid digitally on September 21, 2026 through their own label. The four-track record was recorded and mixed by Tokuda Nori (shinowa) and draws on psychedelic rock and UK indie influences, filtered through the distinctive vision of guitarist/vocalist Daiki Kogure.

The EP opens with the propulsive 'Vibration', followed by the spacey 'Stargazer' and the dreamy 'Fade into Rainbow', closing with the melancholic 'Good by'. At just over 15 minutes, Psychederoid is a concise statement: the band balances organic warmth with subtle electronic textures, and the arrangements avoid the more obvious garage-rock clichés of the local scene.

An official video for 'Good by' is available on the group's YouTube channel. The CONFUSION have built a reputation on the Yamaguchi live circuit, and Psychederoid marks their first move onto the digital market.
