Upupayāma release double album Honesty Flowers on Fuzz Club

Italian multi-instrumentalist Alessio Ferrari, recording as Upupayāma, released Honesty Flowers on 29 May 2026 through Fuzz Club. The double album runs 70 minutes across eleven tracks and mixes organic psychedelic rock with funk grooves, motorik jams, drones and acid-folk. Ferrari wrote, played and recorded everything himself in his home studio near Parma, using guitars, keys, flute, sitar and percussion. The record was mixed by Chris Smith at Kluster Sounds and mastered by Joseph Carra. It follows Mount Elephant (2024) and expands the project’s global-groove side. Fuzz Club’s announcement describes the music as percussive, lively and distorted, with tracks ranging from Can-like funk to pastoral drones. The official visualiser for Mystic Chords of Memory is on the Fuzz Club YouTube channel.
