Adelaide five-piece Druid Fluids have announced their second album, Pareidolia, out 13 November 2026 via Third Eye Stimuli (Australia) and Copper Feast Records (UK). The ten-track record follows the 2023 debut Then, Now, Again & Again and was recorded at leader Jamie Andrew's home studio between January 2025 and February 2026. The band describes it as an exploration of perception, superstition and the urge to find meaning in patterns, shifting between melodic psych-pop, krautrock-influenced rhythms and cinematic arrangements.

Bandcamp pre-orders are open, with three tracks available immediately and limited double-vinyl editions carrying a bonus D-side. The lead single Needles in Strawberries is out now with an official video on the band's YouTube channel.

This report is based on the band's official Bandcamp page and the label announcement; Echo Mandala has not heard the full album.
